The Habonim Dror Camp Gilboa Camp Committee serves as the central administrative leadership of the camp. The committee is responsible for all legal and fiscal matters relating to the camp, fundraising, camper recruitment, and public relations.

The Camp Committee hires the Rosh (camp director), the Merakez Chinuch (program coordinator), and the Merakez Techni (logistical coordinator).

Our Shaliach is Yair Castel.

The Camp Committee is made up of volunteers who are madrichim (counselors), ma'apilim (graduates), and parents and grandparents, many of whom grew up in Habonim Dror or Hashomer Hatzair, plus, of course our wonderful Shaliach.

In addition to the Camp Committee, there is a dedicated group of volunteers who help out with fundraising, camper recruitment, city activities, public relations & marketing, advertising, the alumni archives, database maintenance, web development, and logistics.
