First Day of Machaneh!

Yesterday, we welcomed all of our First Session chanichim (campers) to machaneh (camp)! After the dust settled, everyone met with their kvutzot (age groups), unpacked their stuff, and got to know their madrichim (counselors). We signed up for chuggim (electives) and avodah groups (chore groups), and ended the day doing fun, bonding activities with our kvutzot. The Sayalim (4th-6th grade) did a scavenger hunt, Chotrim (7th grade) had a bake off, Shomrim (8th grade) put on a carnival, Bonim (9th grade) went to the dam and stargazed, and Bogrim (10th grade) did team-building challenges.
