Isaiah Joins Gilboa’s Summer 2025 Team!

Dear Gilboa Community,

We’re thrilled to announce that Isaiah Beenhouwer, who served as our amazing Rosh Machaneh (youth camp director) last summer, will be stepping into the role of Assistant Director of Operations for summer 2025! Isaiah brings a powerful combination of experience, warmth, and visionary leadership that truly embodies the spirit of Camp Gilboa.

If you haven’t yet read about Isaiah’s journey at Camp Gilboa, check out his introduction from last year here. His time as Rosh last summer made for a meaningful experience filled with connection, learning, and ruach (spirit) for campers and staff alike. With a deep commitment to Gilboa’s values and community, Isaiah is poised to help lead another incredible summer this year in his new position!

Isaiah will be filling the role previously held by the esteemed Sydney Rosenberg, who after a successful summer with Gilboa last year is now moving on to another opportunity outside of the camp field. We’re grateful for all the energy and heart she’s brought to our community during her time here, and we know her impact will continue to be felt in our improved systems and workflow moving forward.

With Isaiah alongside the rest of our dedicated staff team, we’re heading into summer 2025 with confidence and excitement for what’s ahead!
